    Metro is Southwest Ohio’s fixed-route bus service, which serves Hamilton County residents in addition to providing commuter routes from Clermont, Butler and Warren counties into Cincinnati. Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), providing about 14 million rides per year in the Greater Cincinnati area. 
    Non-English speaking customers can seek ridership information by calling Metro’s Call Center (513.621.4455) Monday through Fridays, from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Metro is working with Conversa Telephonic Interpreting Services to assist those with limited English skills.

    Heartfelt Tidbits offers local transportation from volunteers to our newest neighbors. Transport is provided to local Immigration appointments, legal appointments, and medical appointments to help on the path to navigating their new lives in Cincinnati.

      The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) is an agency of the Northern Kentucky community, serving Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties and downtown Cincinnati. TANK provides public fixed-route and paratransit services as well as shuttles to and from local schools and Northern Kentucky University.
