    The Homesteading program is a vehicle to homeownership for families that do not have access through conventional means and are willing to put in sweat equity, mitigating blight and saving homes.
  • Stable Families Program at Santa Maria Community Services:

    Call and ask for the Stable Families Program. Services include financial assistance for rent, utilities, and more. Eligibility guidelines: Participants must live in the Price Hill area, have school-aged children and commit to 12-18 months of case management. This program has bilingual service providers.

        CPS program for students experiencing homelessness (including living in a hotel, shelter, or doubled-up with friends/family). Provides uniforms, school supplies, school registration, transportation, and other resources.
